Free UK Delivery
All Orders to UK addresses over £20 qualify for free standard shipping (otherwise charged at £3.95 per order). Free shipping is automatically applied at the checkout if your order is eligible. For Orders over £20 you may also select our Expedited Delivery service at a reduced charge of £3 (otherwise charged at £6.95).
Expedited Delivery (UK Only)
Our Expedited Delivery service is available on most orders subject to the order being received by 1pm Monday to Friday and is charged at £6.95 per order. During periods where we are unable to offer an Expedited service, the option will be removed from the Checkout. Please note, this is not a Guaranteed Next Day service.
All Orders received by 1pm are despatched on the same Working Day wherever possible.
We aim to get your Order to you as quickly as we can. For UK Orders,
For Standard Delivery, Orders are typically delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Royal Mail aim to deliver 98% of 2nd Class items within 3 Working Days of posting and are therefore normally delivered within 2-5 days.
For Expedited Delivery, Goods are delivered using Royal Mail 1st Class or equivalent . Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of deliveries Next Day - most orders are therefore delivered within 24-48 hours.
Please note, larger items will be sent by courier, which may add 1 additional Working Day to Delivery Timescales on both the Standard Delivery and Expedited Delivery service. If your order is sent by courier we will let you know by email and provide tracking information for the shipment.
If we are unable to ship the same Working Day on a Standard Delivery Order for any reason, we will ship at the next possible opportunity using our Expedited Delivery service at no extra charge. If you have selected Expedited Delivery and we are not able to despatch, we will notify you by email and refund the Delivery charges on your order.
All Goods are carefully packed using high quality packaging materials to minimise the risk of damage in transit. If your item is damaged on receipt, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
We currently deliver to the UK, Europe and the United States. If you are outside of these Delivery zones and would like to place an Order please get in touch and we can provide a quotation.
Delivery charges for International Orders will be shown in the checkout when you select your delivery location. You will be liable for any Import Duty or Fees associated to your Order.
The dispatch of International Orders may be delayed by up to 2 working days to ensure items are appropriately packaged for transit. Delivery times for International Orders vary by country.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Goods, you must let us know within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement(s). We will be happy to refund or replace your Goods only if they are in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that on Goods which are not faulty, we cannot refund any postage charges or cover the cost of returning the Goods to us.
All Goods remain your responsibility until they have been received by us. We recommend packaging returned Goods securely and using a trackable service on any high value items and obtaining proof of postage from the Post Office. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly if Goods are not received in a re-saleable condition.
If we agree to replace your Goods, we will ship any replacement Goods as quickly as possible to you using our standard delivery service.
Any refunds will be processed with your payment provider as soon as the request is agreed. Please be aware it may take up to 72 hours for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card account.

Cancelling an Order
If you have placed an Order in error and wish to cancel it prior to dispatch, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your Order has already despatched you will need to follow the returns procedure set out above.
