When you have found Goods that you wish to buy, simply select any applicable options, select the required quantity and click on the 'Add to basket ' button.
You can verify the Goods in your basket at any time by clicking the 'Basket ' link.
You are under no obligation to buy the Goods in your basket and can amend your Order at any point up until you submit your Order.
Checkout and payment
To create an Order, when you are happy with the Goods selected, follow the link to the Checkout where you will be required to provide contact details, billing and shipping addresses and payment information.
The Checkout will clearly show the total price of your Order including any delivery charges.
You are required to select your payment method and provide payment details when prompted.
Payment will not be taken until your Goods are shipped. In the event of a part shipment due to stock being delayed on one or more Goods Ordered, the full Order amount will be debited on the first shipment.
Your Order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the Goods from us in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that the contents of your Order are complete and accurate. Your Order shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we have provided you with a written acceptance of your Order by email.
We make every effort to ensure Goods and colours are represented as accurately as possible. Due to the constraints of digital reproduction, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction. The actual colour you see on the screen may differ to those of the Goods you order. Every care is taken to ensure descriptions and any provided product dimensions are accurate but variations may occur. Packaging may vary from that shown.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless expressly detailed in the product listing, any items shown alongside product images are not included.
All prices are quoted in British pounds sterling. Catching Doodles Ltd is not registered for United Kingdom Value Added Tax (VAT) and therefore VAT is not included in the prices shown on the Website or at the Checkout. Delivery charges are not included.
Whilst all reasonable endeavours are made to ensure that prices shown at the time you place your Order are accurate, we reserve the right to make price adjustments if it is discovered that the price is incorrect. If the price is found to be incorrect we will contact you and offer you the chance to continue with or cancel your Order as you prefer.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of the Terms but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into this contract. For the avoidance of doubt, all Goods are used at your own risk.
The Website is owned and operated by Catching Doodles Ltd. All content including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, written and other materials on our Website are copyrighted. All worldwide rights are reserved. Any reproduction in whole or in part of our Website is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our Registered Office.
